Big Dipper® manufacture a range of automatic grease removal systems specifically designed to extract fat, oil and grease from kitchen waste water streams. These units meet the requirements of the Water Industry Act 1991 regarding the limits set by water companies for trade effluent discharge.

The Big Dipper® systems solve tough waste water problems by removing and recovering nearly 99% of all grease, oils, fats and coarse solids from kitchen and food processing flows. They prevent drain line clogging and protect septic fields and on-site treatment facilities.

Big Dipper®systems are designed to eliminate grease trap pumping and enzyme dosing costs thereby saving on the installation cost of large in-ground grease traps or interceptors. This equipment has been performance-proven in thousands of restaurants, hospitals, schools, prisons, casinos and food processing plants worldwide. There are Big Dipper® separator sizes to meet the needs of both large and small catering establishments.

We are looking for professionally minded and motivated individuals who have a hands-on approach and a serious desire to run their own business. It would be a distinct advantage if you have a management background in the catering or building services industry.

The Regional Consultants would be responsible for the promotion and sale of the Big Dipper systems via architects, building services and consulting engineers and end users.

The theoretical and practical training course covers all the essentials for running the business:

a) Product knowledge and application

b) Establishing and managing the customer base

c) Sales techniques and marketing skills

d) Computer assisted presentation to potential customers

d) Accounting and credit control practices

The inclusive cost of the business is £9,000 plus VAT to include:

e) Fax/Copier machine

f) Tool kit, Stationery and accounts documentation

 As a Regional Consultant, your gross profit would be 20% of list price of each unit sold. Under the current price list, the range of gross profit available would be from £605 plus VAT to £3,086 plus VAT.

W-350-IS                 - £715 plus VAT

W-300-AST             - £1,202 plus VAT
