Hotbite represents a significant step forward in vending, with an advanced and fully automated machine that produces a hot, crisp sandwich every time, at the touch of a button. Avoiding the use of microwaves completely, our outstanding high-temperature grill/oven process toasts each sandwich to perfection within 70 to 90 seconds according to the filling, with two choices being available per machine at any one time.

Each sandwich is individually pre-sealed in special bags in which toasting takes place. A capacity of 140 sandwiches provides each Hotbite machine with considerable trading capability before refilling is necessary and to keep the sandwiches fresh, they are held in stainless steel carousels within a refrigerated storage compartment. The whole function is Health and Safety compliant. Hotbite machines are powerfully branded and incorporate an illuminated front panel that presents the products to very best effect.

There are possibilities wherever there is a significant footfall of potential customers and/or captive audience. A major benefit for Hotbite machines is that they are capable of operating a 24 hour service, when other facilities are closed.

The Franchisee's Role

The business is very straightforward to run on a day to day basis, you will need to ensure that the Hotbite machine is constantly stocked and the machine is working effectively and efficiently. This is not a complex operation, nor does it call for unduly arduous or time-consuming effort. However, your input in terms of energy and enterprise are of the essence. Our objective is for each Franchisee to grow his or her business to optimum proportions, with Hotbite machines sited in appropriate locations throughout their territories.

You are not required to prepare any of the food products, which are sourced direct from Hotbite approved suppliers.

Training and Support

As franchisor, we provide practical assistance in getting your first machine established in your territory and we will train and support you to take your operation onward and upward. Our Franchisee Training Programme covers all operational aspects and also addresses management issues, focusing on site finding, site feasibility assessment, negotiating with site owners etc.

As franchisor we stay involved and continue to advise on the development of your Hotbite business. We can help you develop marketing initiatives to promote your operation at local level and we will also work on product development, introducing new menu options from time to time so that your customers keep coming back.
