Equipment, Products and Supplies.

Included in the initial franchise fee are the equipment, supplies and exclusive Merry Maids' cleaning products to equip four two-person cleaning teams. Each cleaning team, when properly trained and scheduled can clean two to three homes per day.

We pride ourselves on economies and service available to our franchise owners through our Resource Centre. This facility has over 250 company manufactured cleaning products in stock. Virtually any item can be ordered via the company's 24 hour per day telephone ordering system. Each product is superior to comparable commercial products and is exclusively available to Merry Maid owners at competitive prices.

Custom Computer Software.

Merry Maids exclusive Business Management System is yet another important factor that has attributed to our position of Market Leader and continual growth. Created by the company for the exclusive use of our franchise owners the software has been developed to streamline routine, operational procedures and provides information to assist and enhance the management process, with the aid of a computer. SAGE accounts and payroll further enhance your business capability.
